If the sample is not in stock, we can create one and provide you with detailed pictures or videos, which can be a cost-effective solution for both parties. Q3: What are the available shipping methods I can choose from?
A3: We generally offer our customers a Free on Board (FOB) price in USD. Upon request, we can also provide door-to-door delivery (directly to your shop's address) or Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) pricing. The port of shipment is Qingdao, which is conveniently located just a few hours from our factory.

Q4: What are your accepted payment terms?
A4: For smaller order values (<$5000), please pay us 100% in advance. For higher order values, we accept a 30% deposit and the balance can be paid via T/T against a copy of the Bill of Lading or through L/C at sight.
