SHIPMENT:
Q3: Which shipping methods could I choose?
A3: We typically offer our customers FOB (Free On Board) pricing in USD. Additionally, we can provide door-to-door delivery to your store's address or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) pricing upon request. The primary shipping port is Qingdao, conveniently located a few hours from our factory.
PAYMENT:
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: For smaller order values (<$5000), please pay us 100% in advance. For higher order values, we accept a 30% deposit and the balance can be paid via T/T against a copy of the Bill of Lading or through L/C at sight.
