Q1: How can we get a free sample?
A1: If the sample is available in our inventory, we are more than happy to dispatch it to you via express delivery. You can either use your own express account or prepay the cost to us if you don't have one. Alternatively, we can craft custom samples and provide you with high-resolution images or videos, making it a cost-effective method for both parties. Don't hesitate to send us an inquiry for a complimentary sample!
PRODUCTION:
Q2: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A2: Typically, our minimum order quantity is set at 500 meters.
SHIPMENT:
Q3: Which shipping methods could I choose?
A3: Generally, we offer our customers FOB pricing in USD. However, upon request, we can also facilitate door-to-door delivery right to your shop's address or provide CIF pricing. Our primary shipping port is Qingdao, conveniently located just a few hours from our factory.
PAYMENT:
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: For small order values (<$5000), please pay us 100% in advance. For higher order values, we accept a 30% deposit and the balance can be paid via T/T against a copy of the Bill of Lading or through L/C at sight.
